Should you notice any damage :please report it to the carrier via a handwritten note on the delivery slip, along with your signature. Exchanges cover the size and colour for the same item reference, or for another reference sold on the e-shop LE TEMPS DES CERISES. Should the price of the item requested for exchange exceed that of the returned item, a credit note shall be issued.

In the event of an exchange or a credit note, the return costs are covered. In order to receive a free Colissimo (parcel) slip, which you may use to return your item, we suggest you log in your account on our e-shop, in the "Returns" tab. You must click on "new return" to fill in the return form.
Once form validated, a Colissimo (parcel) label will be e-mailed (please check your spams) Only the Colissimo (parcel) slip issued by our service allows covering the return costs, if you take over the return process, our service won't refund the costs.

We kindly remind you, as the return costs are covered only for exchanges or credit notes, that in case of abusive use of the Colissimo slip, a €7 rate (relative to the shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund amount.
